Holy Cross Christian Counseling of Frankfort

No-Fee Christian Biblical Counseling Service

We are an Anglican Catholic Chapel located on the West side of Frankfort (Near the Hospital). All people who search for a deeper understanding of God and a meaningful spirituality are welcome in our church. No one is turned away and everyone is welcome to the table of the Lord.

Our Identity:

We are an Anglo-Catholic chapel and a mission of the Anglican Diocese of Kentucky.

  • We are sacramental and liturgical.
  • We are a church that is submitted to the authority of scripture as interpreted by the Apostles and traditions of the undivided Church prior to 1054 A.D. and the great schism between the Eastern and Western Churches.
  • Our worship is ancient yet new, holy, spiritual, and joyful. We are committed to advancing God's kingdom by proclaiming the Gospel in Word and Sacrament to the least, the lost and the lonely.
  • We utilize contemporary translations of the traditional Anglican Catholic liturgies in all our worship services.
  • At the center of worship is the sacrament of Holy Eucharist (the Mass) in which we believe, as do all Catholic Churches (Eastern, Roman, & Anglican) in the Real Presence of Christ in Holy Communion.
  • We celebrate the living historic forms of the seven Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Communion, Reconciliation, Anointing of the sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony.

A Church of Episcopal, Clergy, and Lay Government:

We are a Church that is episcopal in its structure (bishops, presbyters (priests), & deacons), as was the early Church. All bishops must be consecrated in apostolic succession that may be traced in an unbroken line back to the Apostles and early Church. We humbly submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit and to each other. We also believe in the priesthood of all believers of Christ. All baptized Christians are ministers of the Church and called to evangelize the world in word and action.

Please call if you are unable to reach a priest or other Christian minister in an emergency. I will help you if at all possible. 24/7 (502) 883-8503
